Edward qualified from Leeds University in 1990 and since has been committed to further post-graduate education, acquiring the highly respected additional qualifications:

* Fellow of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Physicians, and Surgeons in Oral Facial Surgery
* Master of Science Degree in Restorative Dentistry
* Masters Level Diploma in Implant Dentistry, Royal College of Surgeons England
* Advanced Certificate in Bone Grafting related to Implant Dentistry, Royal College of Surgeons England.

He has also attended numerous post-graduate courses around the world, receiving tuition and gaining vast experience from some of the world’s leading clinicians in the fields of Implant, Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry. In addition, Edward regularly lectures and provides mentoring for dentists, who wish to gain greater understanding and experience in these areas.

The basis of Edward's care is always patient-centred. Upon getting a clear understanding of an individual’s wishes and requirements, the possible solutions are fully discussed, following which treatment is then undertaken.

Edward has been providing Advanced Restorative, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry since 1996 and the excellent results he achieves has produced a loyal following from patients and referring dentists alike.

Edward is one of the most highly qualified and experienced restorative dentists in Bath and the surrounding area. He runs two referral clinics in Bath and Winchester, accepting referrals for all aspects of Restorative, Implant and Surgical Dentistry, from many dentists across the South West and beyond.

Grahem qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1987 and worked as a general dentist in London before moving to Bath in 2009. Grahem joined Portman Healthcare in Bath in 2015. In 2012 Grahem completed a three year Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies in Bristol, and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest techniques and developments in materials and treatments while regularly attends training courses to further his abilities, improve his skills and be able to offer a wider choice of treatments to his patients. Grahem’s special interest is in providing a friendly, stress-free dental environment for both adults and children alike. Whilst Grahem offers all aspects of general dental care, sound preventative dentistry is the cornerstone of his approach.

After graduating from the Egas Moniz Health Sciences Institute in Lisbon, Portugal in 2006, Ines gained invaluable experience in general dentistry as a General Dental Practitioner for 3 years in Birmingham.

Thereafter Ines undertook 3-year specialist training focusing on Periodontology and Implant dentistry at the world renowned Eastman Dental Institute, UCL (University College London), gaining the Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Ines was also awarded a Certificate in Periodontology by the European Federation of Periodontology.

In the field of advanced gum disease treatment Ines has extensive experience in non-surgical and surgical treatment of periodontal disease. Part of her expertise in this field includes conventional and regenerative periodontal surgery using the most advanced, scientifically tested and safe biomaterials. Ines is also experienced in the re-constructive and cosmetic aspects of periodontal (plastic) surgery.Ines’ passion and commitment to practicing the highest level of dentistry based on her experience, qualifications and academic background has earnt her a loyal following of patients and referring dentists.

After completing his Master of Dentistry at the Medical University of Sofia in Bulgaria, Peter returned home to start a private dental practice, working alongside his wife Pavlina. The running of their successful family practice from 2001 until 2007 was only briefly interrupted when Peter joined the Arms Forces as National Service.

In 2007 Peter was head-hunted for the ADP dental practice in Tewksbury, Gloucestershire. With a love for all things English, he accepted the position and relocated to the UK with his family. A year later he was offered a role in Bradford on Avon. Peter and his family made the city of Bath their permanent home and Peter took on the role at the Associate Health Centre Dental Practice in BoA, where he stayed on as a practitioner for the next decade.

Alongside his work in Bradford on Avon, Peter oversaw the NHS Dental Mentoring Programme at Rodden Road Dental Practice in Frome between 2011 and 2014. There, he offered training, supervision, and support to newly qualified dentists and those relocating to the UK from abroad.

With over 13 years of general dentistry in the UK under his belt, Peter has acquired invaluable and versatile experience.

Since 2019, Peter’s skills and expertise have benefitted patients at Diplomat House Dental Practice in the market town of Blandford Forum in Dorset and now we are delighted to welcome him to our team at Bath Dental Excellence.

Peter has a keen interest in Orthodontics and Restorative Dentistry. Over the years, he has undergone extensive training in these fields and has worked with different systems like ‘Six Month Smile’, ‘Clear Step’ and ‘Quick Straight Teeth’ ‘Clear correct'.

He loves working with vulnerable and anxious patients, dealing with preconceived fear and negative associations with dentistry which may stem from past events or traumatic childhood experiences.

In his spare time, Peter is an outdoor enthusiast and Bath Rugby supporter. Among his favourite pursuits are surfing, paddleboarding, Kickboxing and mountaineering.
